Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete data related to you that we have collected through the FaceSwap Go: AI Video & Photo application, please follow the instructions below.

1. Regarding Your Generated Face-Swap Content

The face-swap content (photos or videos) you generate using this application:

Self-Management: You can manually select and immediately delete this content in the "Mine" section of the application.
Automatic Cleanup: Even if you do not manually delete it, our system will automatically delete it from our servers 7 days after the content is generated.

2. Regarding Other Personal Data

If you wish to delete other personal data we may hold (for example, contact information, device identifiers, or usage logs collected for providing support), please submit a request by following these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at: center@novellettes.com. Please use "Data Deletion Request" as the email subject.
Provide Information: In the email, please provide the necessary information to help us identify your data, such as:
- The device identifier (e.g., Advertising ID) related to your request.
- The email address you have previously used to contact us.
Processing Time: We will initiate the processing procedure within 3 business days of receiving your request and notify you of the outcome via email. Please note that we may be legally required to retain certain information for a period to fulfill legal obligations (such as tax, audit) or for security purposes (such as fraud prevention).

3. Important Notes

Data deletion operations are generally irreversible. Once deleted, the corresponding data cannot be recovered.
Please ensure you provide sufficient information in your request to allow us to accurately identify and process your data.
